Each website has its own separate shopping cart. This will allow us to more accurately determine the conditions, time and prices of delivery for you. And also add the possibility of using additional options.
If you place orders from multiple categories, they will be shipped separately. Marine life, equipment and supplies are delivered separately in different ways. If you place multiple orders in the same category, we will attempt to combine orders, but this may not always be possible.
How to Place an Order:
To place an order with Reef Exclusive, you need to have a valid and frequently used email account. Simply insert all the products you wish to purchase into the virtual shopping cart, following all the steps of the purchase to complete the purchase successfully.
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an automatic transaction confirmation email. If the data is incorrect, you can immediately request to change it or even cancel the purchase made.
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.
Notification and Shipping
You will receive separate notifications and tracking numbers for the dry goods and livestock.
Please note due to different carriers and shipping methods dry goods and livestock may arrive on different days.
Dry goods will be shipped via US Postal Service or UPS, while livestock will be shipped via FedEx priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air . FedEx or UPS will email you a tracking number with information confirming the location and time of arrival of your package. You will receive your tracking number approximately one hour after your shipment leaves our facility.
To reduce the time your livestock spends on the road, we will ship your package between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM PST.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands at this time. We do not ship live goods to other countries.
To better serve our customers and ensure the best possible delivery quality for our livestock, Reef Exclusive ships on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or National or Company Holidays since the speed of the delivery and quality of your package is of utmost importance to us.

As on the website are merely illustrative, so we recommend that you consult the detail of the product for more information about the respective characteristics of the articles you want to purchase.
Your order may not look like photo shown due to variety and size within a species. All sizes listed are only approximate. All pictures and descriptions are generalizations and cannot be exact representations of the product shipped, bought or sold.
If you ordered a WYSIWYG item, we guarantee that this is the item you will receive, but remember that lighting conditions can greatly change the colors you see.
We strive to fulfill your order as close to 100% as possible.
There will be times when we don't have the items you request. In this case we will remove the items from your order NOT replace them with unwanted pieces. As soon as the items you are interested in are back in stock, you can order them again.
If the fill level is below 75%, we will contact you to inquire about any replacements you may want.
At checkout, you may want to list replacements that you are willing to accept if something you ordered is not available (especially if it's already listed as «limited").
Weather conditions, new arrivals and other circumstances may cause items and shipments to be restricted at any time.
If a decision is made to delay the shipment of an order, we will always use any information to inform you of a change in schedule. We strongly recommend that you check your email the day and evening before the scheduled delivery date.
Unfortunately we are not liable for the service failure of any shipping carrier.
They offer no credits or warranty on any livestock items. We will work with our customers to help in some way but, Reef Exclusive is not obligated to help because of a service failure by any shipping company.
Please check your local forecast before placing an order, especially if you are interested in livestock!
If the item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Send us a photo of the damage.
All damaged product and packaging must be kept, as UPS and US Postal Service may need to inspect the package in order to evaluate it.
Please open all packages and inspect all items for damage immediately upon arrival.
Keep the original packaging and do not discard the shipping box until the claim has been processed or otherwise instructed to do so.
Reef Exclusive is not liable for the damaged goods but will work collaboratively with you and the carrier to resolve problem.
Cancellation of Sea Life Order
You can cancel your order if we have not yet processed it for shipment. Preparing for shipping involves storing the fish after it is ordered or received from our supplier. Order cancellation requests must be sent by email. We will respond promptly to let you know where we are in the process and if the order is eligible for cancelation.
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order and the number of boxes, for example, we ship Livstock in standard thermo boxes 16 x 11 x 10 inches. The box can fit up to 10 frags or up to 5-6 medium sized colonies or 5-6 bags of Fish.
We will try our best to do so, but sometimes we need an extra box to accommodate your pets comfortably, in which case we will email you to charge you extra for a second box.
In some cases products classified as oversized due to weight or measurement may require additional shipping fees.
Final shipping charges will be displayed during Checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected.
